Huh? What's a basketball player doing on this blog? No, not because Jeremy Lin currently hogs the headlines. Yes, he is a phenomenon when you considered he was benched for many years, ignored by coaches and team mates alike: "In an unusual turn of events which some attribute to pure luck while others, including Lin himself, attribute to the sovereign hand of God, Jeremy Lin had his much awaited break in a New York Knicks uniform. Due to the Knicks’ bad performance and a series of unfortunate injuries afflicting their star players, Coach Mike D’Antoni allowed Lin to play some games in a desperate attempt to improve the team standing. Lin did not disappoint. He led the Knicks to a stunning string of victories, including a 38-point explosion against the Lakers, which established the start of “Linsanity” mania that swept not just America but the whole world." After I read he attributed his success to God I decided to research further. And lo, I found the vids - a basketball player who stood up to give his testimony! Coincidental? Whether coincidental or not, I'm privileged and blessed to hear Lin's testimony on his faith in Jesus Christ and wished to share with you guys!
